Congratulations on overcoming addiction, it is a VERY difficult thing to do and you should be very proud of yourself, so many people live and die in the throws of addiction. Yes, from what I've read, Cindy was using at the time of her death. I wonder if she would have had a different end if more resources were available to Aboriginal people to fight their addictions.
