I’m glad you’re doing well now. Keep in mind a doctor will help you with a tapering schedule when you want to come off of it.. you’re never stuck on meds. Trust me , now that I’ve read this and thought about my own experience with benzodiazepines , I’m a hell of a lot clear headed now that I’m taking Benadryl and melatonin to sleep instead. I also take a pain med daily for my arthritis and I feel the same as you . It’s hard to picture life without it but it’s always possible ! Great piece with excellent information . Thank you !
