Always waiting with open arms

A little bigger, I can run to you now

Again you wait with open arms, making sure I don’t fall

Grown-up feet, running to you with problems no one can solve

And there you are with open arms

Even if you didn’t have the answers or had your own questions unanswered

You never let me fall
